ABOUT 3 LAYERS FRIED SANDWICH RECIPE

3 layers sandwich is full fledge breakfast with 3 different layers of filling one can enjoy different taste. It's easy to make . one can make it yummy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slice -12
  2. tomato ketchup 4 table spoon
  3. cheese cubes 2
  4. chat masala 1 table spoon
  5. boiled potato 1
  6. coriander leaves 2 table spoon
  7. mint leaves 4-5
  8. green chilli 1 (as per spice required)
  9. ginger 1 small piece
  10. garlic 4 piece
  11. onion 2 small size
  12. tomato 2 small size
  13. capsicum 1 small size
  14. amul butter 2 table spoon
  15. red chilli powder 1 table spoon
  16. coriander powder 1 table spoon
  17. turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon
  18. asafoetida pinch of
  19. salt as per taste
  20. garam masala 1 table spoon
  21. chana dal powder 200 gram
  22. water for batter
  23. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. for 1st layers add tomato catch up, chat masala and grated cheese in one bowl and mixed them properly.
  2. for 2nd layer take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger ,garlic and salt. mixed it and grind it in a mixture and make a paste. mixed this paste with boiled mashed potato.
  3. for 3rd layer take one pan. add butter. now put chopped onion,tomato and capsicum and cook them properly. add all masala like red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida. mix it properly.
  4. once it is cooked remove it from the stove. keep aside the vessel so that paste become cool
  5. now take 4 slice of bread. take 1st bread put butter and green chatni then put 1st layer paste containing tomato catch up. put a 2nd slice of bread over the spread out tomato paste. apply layer 2nd paste containing potato.
  6. put 3rd slice of bread. apply 3rd layer paste. put final 4th slice of bread over it and press all the four slice properly. now cover this sandwich by pouring thick batter.
  7. to make thick batter take chana dal powder, red chilli powder 1 table spoon, coriander powder 1 table spoon, 1/2 table spoon turmeric powder, salt and water.
  8. take a kadhai fill it with cooking oil of your choice and put it on a stove. put sandwich in to oil and let it fry on medium flame. onve fried remove it put it in to a plate cut it in to half garnish with tomato catch up and green chatni.
