This recipe is made of paneer stuffed with khoya and anaardana

Bharwa Anarkali Paneer

Ingredients to make Bharwa Anarkali Paneer

  • paneer- 100 Gm
  • anardana- 1/2 cup
  • khoya- 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green chilli chopped- 1/2 tea spoon
  • besan- 1 cup
  • Refined oil- 1 spoon
  • tomatoes- 200 gms
  • kashmiri chilli- 1 tea spoon
  • cream- 2 spoon
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tea spoon
  • Jeera powder- 1 tea spoon
  • Dhaniya powder- 1 tea spoon
  • Desi ghee- 1 spoon

How to make Bharwa Anarkali Paneer

  1. Make a mixture of khoya, chilli and anardana. Slice paneer, stuff it with khoya mixture.
  2. Make a batter by combining besan, salt, kashmiri mirch and water. Keep aside
  3. Dip the stuffed paneer in the besan batter and deep fry in hot oil. Drain and reserve.
  4. Next boil the tomatoes with kashmiri mirch and some anardana. Cool it. Then strain through a fine sieve.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger- garlic paste and kashmiri mirch, next add tomato puree and the masalas, add some salt and finish with ghee and cream.
  6. Transfer the curry into a dish and garnish with anardana and cream. Serve hot with love.

My Tip:

Add some Mint mayo and pomegranate juice to this meal.
