Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Jeera 1 tsp
  2. mustard oil 1 tbsp
  3. fennel seeds 1 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. haldi 1/2 tsp
  6. chillies powder 1 tsp
  7. dhania powder 1 tsp
  8. sugar 1/2tsp
  9. besan1/2 cup
  10. water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take kadhai put mustard oil heat on slow flame , add jeera , fennel seeds cook stirring,
  2. Add dry masala salt , haldi , dhania, chilly powder , cook and add besan , stir continuously till aroma comes and besan changes to golden colour , take care it should not burn .
  3. When all masala mixes properly start adding water little by little stirring so that paste is not formed .
  4. When small clusters are formed switch gas and cover with lid so that besan cooks in steam .
  5. When done add sugar .
  6. Then take pan put mustard oil and roast red dry chilly when done put on sabzi .now add sugar mix properly
