How to make Peanut and dry fruit samosa

  1. First prepare the dough and keep it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a kadai, add a little oil, add chopped beans, carrots, ground roasted peanuts, ground all the dry roasted masalas. When the beans and carrot are almost cooked, add mashed corn and add one by one all the ingredients. Combine well, and at the end add amchur, red chilli and salt. Cook for a few more minutes and turn off the gas.
  3. Let this stuffing cool down completely. Make medium size balls of the dough and roll them in a long oval shape, cut them from the middle, giving a 'D' shape.
  4. Make a thick paste of 1 tbsp maida and water. Make a cone of the D shaped dough and fill it with the cooled stuffing. Stick all the sides properly with maida - water paste.
  5. In a deep wok, add oil and heat on medium low flame. Deep fry these samosas till golden in color. Serve them hot with any sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

Make a very tight dough to get more crispy samosas.
