  • kali mirch
  • garam masala
  • lemon juice
  • orange colour
  • tandoori masala
  • maida
  • Garlicx
  • urad dal papap
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Papad paneer crispy

  1. sabse phle paneer k bde - bde tukde cut krle. Ek bowl mai paneer with lemon juice or sath usme kali mirch,hari mirch,tandoori masala,namak ko mix krle. N freeze mai half an hour k lie rhk de.
  2. ab dusre bowl mai lemon juice,paneer k pieces,kali mirch,garam masala,tandori masala,lahusun,namak or maida sbko mix krke alag rakh le.
  3. ab mixi mai papad k chura bana le or usse b alag rkhe.
  4. ab pan mai oil garam krre. Freeze se uss bowl wale mix ko nikale or papad crumbs mai ache se lapete or deep fry krre.
  5. ab isse sauce or chilli momo chatni k sath serve krre:)

My Tip:

Puri ya paratha fry krte time oil mai halka sa namak dalne se weh zyda oily ni hoti h:)

I think all the ingredients except oil and papad are to be mixed in 1st step.. the 2nd step may be added by mistake.
