Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 coconut
  2. Refined sugar - 1 cup
  3. Elaichi - 2

Instructions

  1. Grate the coconut and grind to a fine paste. Take the milk from this coconut paste. This we name as 1st coconut milk.
  2. Again add water to the coconut paste and take the milk from this paste. This we name as 2nd coconut milk.
  3. Now combine the 1st and 2nd coconut milk and add in the refined sugar and mix well.
  4. Powder the elachi and add.
  5. Sweet coconut milk is now ready to be served along with Aapam/Idiyapam.
