Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup dessicated coconut
  2. 2 cups milkmaid
  3. 1/2 cup pista powder
  4. 1/2 cup kaju powder
  5. 1/2 cup badam powder
  6. Green and orange color - a few drops

Instructions

  1. Mix dessicated coconut and milkmaid in a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan and then add the mixture and cook it for sometimes on a medium flame.
  3. When the stickiness of this mixture goes, turn off the flame.
  4. Divide this coconut mixture into 3 equal portion.
  5. Mix pista powder and green color in one portion. Mix well.
  6. Mix almonds powder and orange colour in the second portion. Mix well
  7. In the third portion, add cashewnuts powder and mix well.
  8. Apply some ghee on your palm. Make three balls of all three portions separately.
  9. On a plastic sheet, keep the orange coloured ball and roll it with a rolling pin.
  10. Take another plastic sheet and roll the white coloured ball.
  11. Same way, roll the green coloured ball on a separate plastic sheet.
  12. Keep all the sheets one above the other. Orange then white and then green (on top).
  13. Roll them tightly and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  14. After 30 minutes, take it out from the fridge, cut it and is now ready to be consumed.
