Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. 1/2 kg coconut powder (Fresh or store bought)
  2. Condensed milk 1 can approx 400 ml
  3. Dry fruits of choice - Cashews and Almonds
  4. Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
  5. 1 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wok on medium heat.
  2. Add in the coconut powder, chopped dry fruits of choice as many as you want and the cardamom powder.
  3. Next add in the condensed milk. Keep stirring and keep the flame on simmer.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Once the mixture thickens, let it cool and then make balls with the help of your palms. Add a little ghee if the mixture is sticky. Roll in some desiccated coconut before putting in the fridge for a few minute before serving.
