Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4large pieces of prepared khaman dhokla
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1tsp mustard seeds
  4. few curry leaves
  5. 1tsp chopped ginger and green chillies
  6. 1/2cup of deseeded finely chopped tomatoes
  7. 1/2cup finely chopped capsicum
  8. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  9. 1/2 cup of finely chopped cucumber
  10. 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  11. For topping -1/4cup grated cucumber
  12. 1/2 cup nylon sev
  13. coriander leaves
  14. chopped tomatoes
  15. tomato flower
  16. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the dhokla pieces to remove excess water and Grate the pieces of khaman dhokla to make the choora.
  2. Heat oil and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chilies and chopped capsicum for 1 minute.
  3. Add grated dhokla, chopped tomatoes , grated carrots,chopped cucumber and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well. Top with topping ingredients and serve.
