Coconut Lassi

Ingredients to make Coconut Lassi

  • 1 cup thick, plain curd
  • 2 ½ cups coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. coconut meat/malai
  • 2 tbsp. lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey, optional
  • Ice as required
  • mint leaves, for garnish

How to make Coconut Lassi

  1. In a mixer jar whip curd with coconut water, honey, coconut meat and lemon juice until frothy.
  2. Add ice cubes to the serving glasses and pour the contents of mixer jar.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
