Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 small pack Maggi noodles and taste maker
  2. 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 1/2 capsicum cut lengthwise
  4. 1 cup of tomato sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ginger chilli paste
  7. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  8. salt to taste
  9. plain flour paste
  10. wok and oil for deep frying the rolls.


  1. To make the filling: - Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Saute capsicum for 2 minute - Add Maggi noodles. - Add water and let the mixture boil. Add the taste maker. - Add ginger chilli paste, chaat masala, 1 and 1/2 tbsp. tomato ketchup, shredded
  2. To make the rolls:
  3. Here im using readymade spring roll sheet which is easily available in the market. - Take one spring roll sheet. Spread the noodles mixture over the sheets. - Make tight rolls covering up the noodle mixture completely. Fix the
  4. Cut the rolls in pieces once they cool down a bit.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
