  1. one litre full cream milk
  2. 150 gram sugar
  3. dry fruits(cashew choped boiled chopped pishta)
  4. powdered ilaichi
  5. kesar 1/2 tsp(soak in 1 tbsp hot milk)


  1. boil milk in a heavy pan.continously stir the milk for 15 to20 min.on high flame.
  2. reduse the milk less then half.when milk remains 45%switch off flame.
  3. add the milk and freeze.
  4. after4 to 5 hours pour the kulfi in mixture and churn.again put in freezer.every 4,5 hours mix the kulfi and this for four time.
  5. now add ilachi powder,dry fruits,soaked kesar.freeze again for one hour and serve
