An easy dessert which can be prepared in no time. Even a beginner in cooking can try this easy dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  2. sugar - 1/3 cup
  3. cardamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. ghee - 2 tsp
  5. cashew nuts a few

Instructions

  1. Fry cashews in ghee and keep ready.
  2. Grease a plate.
  3. Add grated coconut, sugar into a non-stick pan. Saute on a low flame.
  4. The sugar will release water and then eventually it will become thick.
  5. Add in cardamom powder and fried cashews.
  6. When it leaves the sides of the pan transfer it into a greased plate and flatten it.
  7. Draw lines when it is still hot.
  8. Cool and separate the pieces.
