Coconut milk barfi

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Sugar 1 cup
  2. Coconut milk from 5 raw coconut
  3. All purpose flour 1 cup
  4. Kaju fried 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add coconut milk and boil.
  2. Add sugar and gradually add in all purpose flour. Mix well and keep stirring.
  3. When the mixture turn sticky, add in the fried kaju pieces. Turn off the gas.
  4. Transfer on a greased plate.
  5. Cool it for at least 2 hours. Cut it into little pieces. Serve
