This recipe I have adopted from a different truffle recipe from the internet. This recipe is very much easy to make and it is loved by kids.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated white chocolate - 250 grams
  2. Heavy cream - 75 grams
  3. Grated fresh coconut - 50 grams
  4. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  5. Dark chocolate -150 grams
  6. Dry coconut flakes ( garnishing ) - 2 table spoons


  1. Take a pan and add the heavy cream in it. Let the cream boil completely.
  2. In another bowl add grated white chocolate and pour the hot heavy cream in it. Mix it till the chocolate melts completely.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix it .
  4. Add the freshly grated coconut and mix it very well.
  5. Transfer this whole mixture in an air tight container and close it with the lid so that no air can pass through. Refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Mean while, in a double boiler or in a microwave melt the dark chocolate.
  7. After an hour take out the frozen cream coconut and scoop out balls of your choice. Dip it into the melted dark chocolate and make sure it gets covered from all sides.
  8. Again keep it in the freezer for another 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Finally, take it out from the freezer, drizzle some melted white chocolate on top. Sprinkle some dry coconut flakes and serve it chilled.
