Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 400 gms
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Cashew nut 3 tbsp
  6. Clove 3
  7. Blackpepper 3
  8. Coconut milk 3 tbsp
  9. Cardamom 2
  10. Magaz 1 tbsp
  11. Makhane 2 tbsp
  12. Saunf 1 tbsp
  13. Cinnamon 1 tsp
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Sugar 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put magaz, kaju, makhana in lukewarm water.
  2. First cut onions into halves. Add to boiling water. Add a whole tomato into boiling water. Once it is translucent, turn off the gas and puree both separately.
  3. Heat oil, add onion, black pepper, clove followed by tomato and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add puree of kaju, magaz, makhana, saunf and cinnamon powder. Let it dry.
  5. Add in cubes of paneer to this mixture. Add water to this and simmer the flame. Add sugar to this.
  6. Add coconut milk to the wok, continuously keep stirring. Turn off the flame as per required consistency.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate kernels.
