Ingredients to make Kesariya Coconut Laddu

  • coconut dry powder 250 gram
  • 200 gram sugar
  • 150 gram khoya (mawaa)
  • 1 glass milk
  • 4 cardamom
  • 1/2 cup mix dry fruits
  • 2, 3 kesar pati
  • 1 table spoon ghee

How to make Kesariya Coconut Laddu

  1. Step 1- sabse pahle heavy bottom pan main ghee add karenge usmain cardamom dalenge .
  2. Step 2- khoya (mawaa) daal ke bhunege jab khoya ghee chodne lagega to milk add karenge. Kesar ko milk main bhigakar rakhenge pahle se wo bhi sath main daal denge.
  3. Step 3- 1 boil Aa jane pe coconut powder mix karenge or ache se chalate rahenge & all mix dry fruits like( kaju badam pista, kishmish, charoli ) dalenge
  4. Ache se mix karne ke baad sugar add karenge or ladoo ki consistency tak chalate rahenge.
  5. Thoda thanda ho jane ke baad hatho pe ghee lagakar ladoo ka shape denge or coconut powder ki coating karenge kishmish badam se garnish kare enjoy :-)

My Tip:

Khoya (mawaa) ko jyada nahi bunna hai white hi rahne de isse colour acha rahega ladoo ka.
