ABOUT Coconut Ladoo RECIPE

Coconut ladoos are often made for festive occasions. These can be made using fresh or desiccated coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coconut (grated) 1/2 cup
  2. Condensed milk (milkmaid) 1/2 tin
  3. Milk powder (Optional) 1 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder a pinch
  5. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan add condensed milk, 2 cups grated coconut and milk powder.
  2. Heat over medium flame and stir for 4 to 5 minutes or until the mixture turns non sticky and becomes a mass.
  3. Turn off the flame and let it become warm. Make equal sized balls out of the mixture.
  4. In a plate, place the remaining 1/2 cup grated coconut. Grease your hands with ghee and roll those ladoos over the grated coconut.
