  • 1 cup fine quality rawa
  • water to knead the dough
  • oil for frying

How to make Homemade pani puri

  1. First soak rava in water. Make a roti type dough and rest it up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  2. After soaking, the dough will be firm and smooth. Grease your palm with a little oil.
  3. Knead a dough properly and make round marble size balls.
  4. Preheat roti maker and place two balls at a time, then press gently. Do not press too hard.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry all the puris.
  6. Your puffy puris are ready to be eaten.

My Tip:

Rawa should be of good quality and very fine. Then only your puris will be puffy and crispy.
