I have seen this receipe on living food channel.I had small get together at my place and so I decided to make these cupcakes for my guests.. They loved it and so do my son. Truly sinful !! Must try by everyone

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 18 oreo biscuits (without cream)
  2. 3 tbsp melted butter
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. 200 gms Cream Cheese
  5. 3/4 cup nutella
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. 2 tbsp castor sugar
  8. 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  9. A pinch of salt
  10. Whipped cream ( I have used amul cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place liners into a 12 cup muffin tin. Brush up the muffin tray or cups with butter and set aside
  2. In a food processor, crush the oreos (without cream) and melted butter until fully combined. You can also place Oreo biscuits without cream in a zip lock bag and crush it with a rolling pin & then mix melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the oreo crust into the bottom of each muffin liner and press down with your spoon as much as possible. Bake for 5-6 minutes and then set aside.
  4. Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, nutella, eggs, salt and sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Pour mixture into each muffin liner almost filling to the top. Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the top of each cheesecake.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the tops have slightly cracked and the cheesecakes have puffed and risen at 170 degrees. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan and then place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
