Cookie choco custard

Ingredients to make Cookie choco custard

  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder (unsweetened) – 2 tsp
  • egg yolk - 2
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Milk biscuits – 7
  • Oreo biscuits – 4
  • sugar – 8 tbsp

How to make Cookie choco custard

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and when it starts to bubble reduce the flame.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare custard by whisking egg yolks, corn flour, vanilla essence and cocoa powder without lumps in a large bowl. Crush the milk biscuits roughly using hands.
  3. Pour the custard mixture slowly into milk by whisking continuously in medium flame.
  4. Add sugar and whisk until it becomes thick.
  5. Add biscuits and give a quick mix. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
  6. Add crushed oreo biscuits on top and refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy the chocolaty pudding.
