Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions 250 gms
  2. Cottage cheese 150 gms
  3. Shimla mirch 150 gms
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Garam masala 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  8. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  9. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and chilli in to pieces. Cut paneer in another bowl.
  2. Place frying pan on a high flame.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
  4. Fry onions till light brown.
  5. Add in the chilli pieces and toss till it softens.
  6. Add in all the spices and toss well.
  7. Now add in the sauces and vinegar.
  8. Add in cubed pieces of paneer and toss on a low flame.
  9. Serve hot.
