Instructions

  1. Marinate fish pieces with salt, turmeric powder Shallow fry the fish pieces in oil and keep aside. In a separate pan heat oil, once hot add sliced onion, . Fry for 2 mins. Then add ginger and garlic paste .Mix well and stir till raw smell goes away. Now add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder.chiken masala powder, Mix everything well.n add tamato n cover it 2min then Add little water and let the water boil first. Add the fish pieces and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook till gravy thickens.
  2. Eat rice
