ABOUT Brownie RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Egg 1
  2. Oil 45 ml
  3. Sugar 75 gm
  4. Maida 50 gm
  5. Dark chocolate 60 gm
  6. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt 1/4 tsp
  8. Cocoa powder 15 gm

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  2. Beat egg and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add oil and whisk well.
  4. Melt chocolate and mix it with the egg mixtute.
  5. Sieve together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  7. Transfer the batter to a greased baking tin.
  8. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 30 minutes.
