Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 150 gram dark chocolate
  2. 10 gram honey
  3. 20 ml Vodka
  4. 2 drops Lemon essence

Instructions

  1. Place dark chocolate In a microwave bowl and heat it for 100 seconds and keep checking and stirring after 20 seconds.
  2. Check the temperature, it should register between 40 - 45 degree centigrade
  3. Reduce its temperature up to 32 degree centigrade by continuously beating.
  4. Fill the mould with tempered chocolate and refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes just turn the tray upside down and separate caps and cavities.
  6. Fill the cavity with liquor mix
  7. With the help of a piping beg Put same chocolate around the edges of the cavity and carefully place the cap
  8. Store at a dry and cool place
