ABOUT Chocolate Almond Fudge RECIPE

No bake white Chocolate roasted Almond Fudge.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 can Sweetened condensed milk
  2. 400 gm white morde chocolate
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 1 cup roasted almonds


  1. Line a 8 inch square pan with foil. Combine white chocolate, condensed milk in a non stick pan on a low flame. stir it constantly.
  2. Mix them till you get a smooth paste. Remove from the flame, add vanilla extract, salt and roasted almonds.
  3. Pour into the smooth pan and flatten it with a spatula. Keep in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour or keep it overnight to set firmly.
  4. Once it sets, lift the fudge and cut into 1 inch square shape. Chocolate Almond Fudge can be stored for 3-4 days at room temperature.
