Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread Slices - 4 Pieces
  2. Cheese Spread 2 tbsp (1/2 tbsp for each bread)
  3. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  4. butter 1 tbsp
  5. potato - 3, small boiled and mashed
  6. For potato Masala:
  7. butter 1 tsp
  8. turmeric Powder a pinch
  9. jeera Powder 1 tsp
  10. coriander Leaves chopped
  11. salt to taste


  1. Heat oil/Butter, add turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander leaves and fry for a minute then add in mashed potato. Mix properly until potato mix well with all the masala. Set aside to cool.
  2. Take the bread slice and cut out the edges from all 4 sides.
  3. Roll them flat using a Chapati Roller(Belan), roll as thin as possible.
  4. Now apply cheese spread on one slice and on the other slice apply mayonnaise.
  5. Place the mayonnaise slice over cheese spread slice and place the mashed potato masala all over the bread and slowly start rolling until you form a cylinder shape.
  6. Heat a non stick pan, add a little butter and toast this sandwich roll until it turns light brown.
  7. Once it is toasted on all sides, cut the rolls into 1 inch pieces or as per your choice.
  8. Serve this hot with ketchup.
