Instructions

  1. Take a round, square or rectangular tin and neatly arrange aluminum foil till the upper edges of the tin.
  2. Spray a little butter on the aluminum foil.
  3. Deseed dates, wash them and soak in lukewarm water for half an hour.
  4. Grind mixed nuts only till they crumble
  5. Take out the dates from water and dry them with a clean towel. Grind them till smooth.
  6. Mix grinded nuts and dates together and mix in the melted butter.
  7. Arrange this mixture evenly in your ready tin and press it nicely with a spatula. Keep it in the fridge till it sets firmly.
  8. Chop chocolate and melt it in the microwave and mix it nicely.
  9. If using both the chocolates, then first melt dark chocolate and then add grated white chocolate, melt it and mix them.

  11. Once chocolate is set, take out the tin from the fridge and take out aluminum foil along with the disc. Cut the disc in small pieces and let your kids munch this healthy and yummy snack.
