Sweet corn kernels 1 cup
1 small size chopped onion
1 small size chopped tomato
1 green chilli (Optional)
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp butter
Coriander leaves 1/2 a bunch
Instructions
In a pan add 5 cups of water and let it boil, add in the corn kernels and butter into it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Strain the corn kernels and take them out in to a big bowl.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, chilli, salt, rock salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves in to it. Mix well and enjoy the delicious chaat.
