Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Bananas 2
  3. Curd 2 tbsp
  4. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1 tsp
  6. Castor sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Milk 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
  8. Chocolate syrup 3 tbsp
  9. Butter for brushing


  1. Grind banana with curd to make it smooth.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and mix it with the banana curd mixture. Add in sugar, milk and baking powder. Mix well and make a smooth better.
  3. Keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Grease a nonstick tawa and make pancakes, brush with butter occasionally.
  5. Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and serve hot.
