Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slice 4
  2. Khoya 50 gms
  3. Milk maid 4 tbsp
  4. Mixed dry fruits chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Dry rose petals 1 tsp
  6. Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Milk 1/4 cup
  8. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. First prepare the filling:
  2. Heat khoya till soft. Add 2 tbsp condensed milk with dry fruits and dry rose petals. Add cardamom powder.
  3. Mix, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  4. Remove the brown sides of the bread.
  5. Take a slice. Dip in milk and squeeze.
  6. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center and seal from all sides to form a ball.
  7. Prepare all four vadas.
  8. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all vadas till crisp and golden.
  9. Plate in a dish and pour remaining condensed milk over them and serve.
