Chicken Sausage Kebab

Ingredients to make Chicken Sausage Kebab

  • Sausage - 4 pieces (cut into 2 half)
  • potato - 3 small (Boiled and mashed)
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves - chopped finely.
  • 1 egg - for Binding (Whisk and Keep ready)
  • oil for frying
  • salt as per your taste

How to make Chicken Sausage Kebab

  1. Method of making Potato Masala: Boil Potato in pressure cooker for 2 whistles, allow it to cool and then mash nicely.
  2. Heat oil on a low flame, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and fry for 3 seconds. Add immediately mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Mix properly.
  3. Let it cool down for sometime.
  4. Method for Kebab - Take sausage pieces and wrap it nicely with the potato masala, make sure to cover the sausage completely.
  5. Dip this masala coated sausage in whisked egg.
  6. Now roll it to get a coating of breadcrumbs and then fry in a medium to low flame, until it turns to a nice brown color.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
