ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Bundt Cake RECIPE

Mini Chocolate Bundt cakes can be served warm with ice cream and is a really delicious dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 1/2 cup flour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the butter and add to the dry mix and add vanilla essence.
  3. Blend well and add a little water for pouring consistency.
  4. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  5. Serve with raspberries and vanilla ice cream.
