Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White chocolate 1/2 cup
  2. Dark chocolate 1/2 cup
  3. butter 4 tbsp
  4. Confectionary sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Whipping cream 1 cup


  1. In a steel bowl melt white chocolate and add in 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar using double boiler method.
  2. In same way melt dark chocolate. Whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
  3. Keep it aside to cool.
  4. Whip the cream using a hand blender to get soft peaks.
  5. Add 1/2 a cup of whipping cream in both the melted chocolates.
  6. Mix using cut and fold method.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour. Serve in a jar or a glass.
  8. Assemble both mousse alternatively by using piping bag for better presentation.
