Superb combination of dark chocolate brownie and vanilla icecream

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dark chocolate grated 100 grams
  2. Refined flour (maida) 1 1/3 cup
  3. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  4. Butter 130 gms
  5. Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 cup + 1 1/2 tablespoons
  6. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  7. Walnut kernels chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate, butter and melt it in a microwave or on a double boiler.
  2. Sieve maida and baking powder. Beat sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients together, make a smooth batter.
  4. Preheat the microwave on convection mode on 180 degree. Grease the baking dish and pour the batter. Bake it on 180 degree for 25-30 minutes. When it is done let it cool down and then serve it with whipped cream or ice cream.
