Spicy Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients to make Spicy Chocolate Truffles

  • Chocolate (grated) - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • Homemade paneer 2-3 tbsp
  • red chilli - 4
  • pistachios (crushed) - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
  • coconut (grated) - 1/2 cup

How to make Spicy Chocolate Truffles

  1. Take the cream in a pan and warm it.
  2. Add in the crushed red chillies.
  3. Keep stirring and turn the flame off once it is warm enough to melt the chocolate.
  4. Add the grated chocolate and keep stirring until well dissolved.
  5. Let it cool and then freeze it for 3-4 hours.
  6. Take the chocolate ganache out and add in paneer little at a time to make it pliable.
  7. Scoop out small balls and roll them.
  8. Dip and roll over either of the three coatings, cocoa powder, coconut or pistachios.
  9. Serve with love.

My Tip:

Keep the ganache in freezer until it firms up, use minimum amount of paneer.
