Ingredients to make Cococnut Chocolate Bar

  • White chocolate compound 300 g
  • butter 2 tsp
  • Condensed milk 200 g
  • coconut powder 75 g
  • cream 4 Tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Chocolate decoratives- A few

How to make Cococnut Chocolate Bar

  1. 1. Heat a wok add in butter,cream,condensed milk,coconut powder, stir it for 3-4 min. add vanilla essence.
  2. 2. Take a tray, grease it with butter, set the coconut mixture(butter, milk ,cream) in freezer for 20 min.take out and cut in to bar shape.
  3. 3.Heat a double boiler add white chocolate compound melt it thoroughly, coat the bars in liquid chocolate decorate with chocolate decoratives and again freeze.
  4. 4. After freezing for 3 hr. your coconut chocolate bars are ready

My Tip:

Always use double boiler for melting raw chocolate.
