Creamy Icecream with loads of choco chips snd cookie bits that will make you drool!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

Sandwich cookies - 15pcs
Condensed milk - 150g
Heavy cream -200g
Chocolate chips -2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder-2 teaspoon

Instructions

Open up the cookies and remove the cream, keep aside the cream.
Crush the cookies coarsely, keep aside 2-3 cookies for topping.
Mix the crushed cookies, condensed milk and the cookie cream, beat well with an electric beater.
Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
Add in the cocoa powder.
Now add the beaten cookie mixture into the cream and mix well.
Add in the chocolate chips.
Garnish with the left over cookies and any chocolate of your choice (I used dairy milk shots).
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
