Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Suji
  2. 1/2 cup khata dahi
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 3 green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1/2 carrot finely chopped
  6. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tsp soda
  8. Water ( as per consistency)
  9. Oil for tempering
  10. Rai
  11. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables and add in a dish.
  2. Add green chillies + suji + salt + curd in the dish.Mix well.Add water as per consistency required .
  3. For tempering take oil, add rai + curry leaves.Add it to the above batter.
  4. Add soda just before microwaving it.
  5. Mix till the batter is fluffy.
  6. Grease the idli tray pour batter and microwave for 1 min 20 seconds.
