Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk- 1 litre
  2. Juice of two lemons
  3. Salt - 1tsp
  4. chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  5. 1/2 ginger - grated
  6. 1/2 tsp - crushed pepper
  7. 1/4th tsp - jeera
  8. Little oil to Pan sear paneer

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle it.
  2. Also add salt , chilli flakes , grated ginger , chopped fresh dhaniya leaves , crushed pepper and jeera.
  3. Once the milk curdles strain all the water with a cloth and make paneer out of it .
  4. Now to pan sear- Now cut the paneer into any shape of your choice . Take a non stick pan . Add very little oil . Roast the paneer ( pan sear) from both sides . Serve with any chutney or sauce of your choice .
