Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients to make Chocolate Fudge

  • 1 and 1/2 cups dark chocolate compound
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • butter paper
  • 2 BY 2 inch plate or tray ( or u can take any utensil of your choice )
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp drinking chocolate powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts of your choice

How to make Chocolate Fudge

  1. Take the plate or tray and cover it with the butter paper.
  2. Take a non stick pan add all the ingredients dark compound, condensed milk, salt,cocoa powder , drinking chocolate powder and butter.
  3. Stir it continuously.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of nuts in it.
  5. Stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Once the mixture leaves sides, pour the mixture in the tray.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on the top and refrigerate it for half an hour.
  8. Take out from refrigerator and cut into pieces.
  9. Store it in a jar ( you can store and eat it for more than 8 to 10 days )

My Tip:

Use a non stick pan.
