Lovely hung curd kababs, with a cheesy filling to give the extra zing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd - 1 cup
  2. Grated cheese - 1/4 th cup
  3. Chopped onion - 1
  4. Chopped green chillies - 3
  5. Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  6. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  8. Bread crumbs (optional)
  9. Salt
  10. Refined oil


  1. 1. Mix the hung curd with all the ingredients except the cheese. I added bread crumbs to give extra base so that the kababs don't dismantle when fried.
  2. 2. Now wet your hands with some water and take small rounds of the batter, flatten it like a patty.
  3. 3. Put some grated cheese and seal it, form small patties.
  4. 4. Coat the patties with breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Deep fry them in hot oil.
