5 minutes eggless whole wheat chocolate cake - an amazing delicious moist cake prepared with quick in microwave and to top that it's eggless too .

Ingredients Serving: 4

Whole wheat - 1 1/2 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/2 Cup
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter milk - 1/2 cup
Melted chocolate - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

Assemble all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl one by one .
Set it aside .
Now assemble all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients whisk for 2 - 3 minutes till everything is well blended .
The batter should be of a thick dropping consistency .
Grease a round microwave bowl and pour the batter in this bowl .
Make sure the batter is half filled , as there should be room left for the cake rise . Pick up the bowl and gently tap on the counter to release all the trapped bubbles .
Set the timer to 5 minutes on high power .
Since the bowl in deep I have inserted a skewer in the cake it come out all clean.
Enjoy the cake as is or finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar .
