Ingredients to make Masala paneer

  • Milk- 1 litre
  • Juice of two lemons
  • salt - 1tsp
  • chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 ginger - grated
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed pepper
  • 1/4th tsp - Zeera
  • Chopped fresh coriander - 2 tbsp

How to make Masala paneer

  1. Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle it .
  2. Also add salt , chilli flakes , grated ginger , chopped fresh dhaniya leaves , crushed pepper and zeera .
  3. Once the milk curdles strain all the whey with muslin cloth and make paneer .
  4. Let it cool cut into pieces and serve .
