Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli / Simui - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1 litre
  3. Ghee - 2 teaspoons
  4. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  5. Melted chocolate - 4 tablespoons
  6. Smashed green cardamom pods - 4 pieces
  7. Roasted cashew - 10 - 15 gm
  8. Raisins - 10 - 15 gm
  9. Pinch of salt
  10. Strawberry jelly - 1 teaspoon
  11. Tulsi leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 litre milk and cook down to condense it and keep aside . Now heat ghee in a wok and add vermicelli .
  2. Fry vermicelli in ghee and add milk into it slowly .
  3. Keep stirring it , vermicelli should be cooked properly in milk . When it is almost cooked add sugar and keep stirring .
  4. Now smash green cardamom pods and add into it .
  5. Now add melted chocolate this time and add roasted cashew nuts and raisins and mix it properly .
  6. Turn off the flame and garnish with a strawberry jelly and fresh Tulsi ke patte .
  7. Enjoy
