Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 11/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 2 tbsp melted butter
  4. 1 Tbsp melted milk Chocolate
  5. 3 tsp sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp soda
  7. 11/2 tsp baking powder
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. 3-5 tbsp butter milk
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  11. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Take a Bowl and Sieve together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Now add the wet ingredients to vanilla essence, melted butter, Melted chocolate, buttermilk, and salt and whisk it all together to make the batter.
  3. Heat some butter on hot pan and spread the pancake batter and cook it well on both the sides.
  4. Place them on a plate and drizzle some chocolate sauce and garnish with some cherries or any fruits.

If we don't use buttermilk will it matter? And buttermilk as in namkeen chaach na?
