Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles 2 blocks
  2. Carrots long 2 inch long, 1/2cup
  3. Onion thin slices, 1/2 cup
  4. capsicum thin slices, 2 inch long,1/2 cup
  5. Cabbage chopped, 2 inch long,1/2 cup
  6. Green chilli 2 long, cut into 2 inch long
  7. Curry leaves 1 strand (optional)
  8. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Garlic -3 pods
  10. Salt sufficient
  11. Pepper 1 tablespoon
  12. Oil 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. 1) Add hakka noodles in a steel utensil with sufficient amount of water , add salt and 1 tablespoon oil and boil for 5 minutes and stir in between.
  2. 2) in a wok, add remaining oil - let it heat for 10 seconds and add garlic.
  3. 3) Add onion and fry till it becomes transparent.
  4. 4) Add green chilli, curry leaves, carrots, capsicum, cabbage 1 by one along with salt and leave it for 5 mins till completely cooked.
  5. 5) Meanwhile ,check whether noodles are cooked (half boiled) preferebly and drain extra water and add oil and seperate the noodle strands and keep it a side.
  6. 6) After the vegies are ready add noodles,Soya sauce and mix it completely with 2 cooking spoons and if needed add little oil and stir for 30 seconds.
  7. 7) Add pepper and stir well for 1 minute.
  8. 8) Garnish it with green chilli sauce/ tomato sauce along with onion rings.
