Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1litre
  2. Vinegar 4spoons
  3. Sugar 2big cups
  4. Elaichi 7 seeds

Instructions

  1. Take milk and warm it, add vinegar stirring it, till it turns to paneer and leaves water.Drain it in a thin cloth, put some water over it and hang it for about 1/2an hour. Then take the paneer, mash it well with hands till it becomes vv soft.
  2. Make tiny balls of it, keep aside. Now in a pan heat water and sugar.When it comes to a boil put all the balls one by one, cover it half and cook for 15mins on slow gas. Rasgullas are ready now... Pour with the sugar syrup in bowl and serve when cool.
