Ingredients to make #Aaloo badam halwa

  • potatoes boiled 4
  • almond powder 1/2 cup
  • ghee 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  • saffron strands 10-12

How to make #Aaloo badam halwa

  1. Grate boiled potatoes.
  2. Heat a non stick pan. Add ghee. Add boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. Roast on medium flame. Keep stiring .
  4. After 7-8 minutes add almond powder and roast further for around 8-10 minutes when ghee starts oozing out.
  5. Add sugar and saffron strands and stir till sugar dissolves completely.
  6. Finally sprinkle cardamom powder and remove in serving dish.
  7. Happy cooking!

My Tip:

Keep stirring to prevent sticking to bottom. If you like more sweet you can increase the amount of sugar by 1/4 cup.
