ABOUT Whole Wheat Bread Pizza RECIPE

A simple open sandwich that tastes like a plain pizza.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat bread slices 4
  2. Cheese cubes or cheese paste
  3. Raw red chilly 1
  4. pepper powder
  5. tomato puree 2 tsp
  6. Dry basil leaves
  7. Dry oregano powder
  8. olive oil 2 tbsp
  9. Chopped garlic 1 tbsp


  1. Grill the bread slices lightly on both sides.
  2. Then place the slices on a large plate.
  3. On each slice do the following:
  4. Apply tomato puree.
  5. Sprinkle chopped chillies, garlic, pepper powder.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese, basil and oregano.
  7. Dab 1/2 tbsp olive oil on each slice.
  8. Grill for 2 minutes or till cheese starts melting.
